Prices and Post & Packaging

UK Delivery
A delivery charge of £4.95 per order on standard items will be added at the final stage of checkout. As bespoke item vary considerably in size and weight the delivery charge will be stated upon price request.

International Delivery
For international orders on all items, delivery charge will be dependent upon weight and destination, so therefore will be stated upon price request.

All of our advertised prices include VAT.

Payment, Privacy & Security

Payment
We accept most major credit and debit cards. Credit and debit card payments are taken at the point of customer order not on despatch of goods.

Privacy
When you place an order with us, we will need to ask you for some personal information such as your name, address, email address, contact telephone number and your credit or debit card details. All of this information is necessary for us to successfully process your order. The Cushion Warehouse would like to state that we never in any way share your personal information or store your card details.

The Cushion Warehouse website use Protx to process credit and debit card transactions and your details we be kept safe and secure throughout the online transaction process.

Security
All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the Protx VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Protx are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Protx servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Encryption and Data Storage
Once on our systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

Links to banks
Protx has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.

Delivery and Returns

Delivery
The Cushion Warehouse make every effort to deliver all UK and international orders within 10-14 days, should there be any delay to your order, we will notify you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date.

Returns
If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 3 working days of receipt of your goods and we will be happy to discuss a replacement or a full refund.
