Standard UK Delivery

A delivery charge starting from £4.00 per order on standard items will be added at the final stage of checkout and will increase with product count and weight.

Standard UK delivery is FREE on selected items, please see chart below for details. This is subject to availability, and excludes standard delivery fee, coupons, international delivery destinations, and premium delivery services.

Cushions, Cushion Pads, Cushion Filling and Pillows Express UK delivery (Available on selected products) £12 We currently offer Express 4 working day delivery in selected areas - The option will display in the basket if the product is eligible.

Delivery of mixed orders of cushions, pads and fabric will be calculated with the above rules so if you have a cushion order above £50 and only £50 worth of fabric you will only pay for the fabric to be delivered and vice versa.

On rare occasions, some items may be delivered outside the published timed windows.

All delivery charges are calculated by product weight and size.

All of our advertised prices include VAT.

International Delivery

For international orders on all items, delivery charges will be dependent upon weight, size and destination therefore will be stated upon price request.

When enquiring for international delivery, please provide the full delivery address you would like shipping to so we can provide an accurate price.

International delivery is only available on certain items. We can not guarantee that international delivery will be available on orders outside the European Union.

Bespoke Items

As bespoke items vary considerably in size and weight the delivery charge will be stated upon price request.

The Cushion Warehouse makes every effort to deliver all UK shop orders within the chosen delivery deadline. Should there be any delay to your order, we will notify you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date.

When tracking you order if the order is marked as complete this means the your order has been despatch and is just awaiting delivery. If delivery has not been made within the selected delivery options time, then please contact us and we will be happy to help track and trace your parcel.

Bespoke Items

Bespoke item delivery times can vary depending on the size and complexity of your order; therefore you will need to allow 10-21 days for delivery of your product and we will notify you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date.

Returns and Cancellations

Standard Shop items

Once an order has been placed for standard items, you have the right to cancel within 14 days following delivery. If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation you must inform us of your decision within 14 days of receipt of goods by email to:

Your notice statement must include details of your order number, name, email address and where possible a contact telephone number and postal address. If you decide to cancel you are required to return the goods at your own cost within 14 days of cancellation notice to: Returns Department, Unit 6 Luck Farm Business Park, Vicarage Lane, Burwash Common, East Sussex, TN19 7LP. You are obliged to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession.

Please return the goods with details of your order, unused and packaged suitably and securely for transit. We ask that you retain proof of postage as you bear the risk of any loss or damage to the goods until we have safely received them. If the goods are received in satisfactory condition we will reimburse the cost of the goods including any standard delivery costs. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss of value due to unnecessary handling.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method where appropriate, no later than 14 days after receipt of goods back.

Cut Fabric and Swatches

The Standard returns and cancellation policy does not apply to cut fabric, therefore cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded or exchanged unless confirmed by us as defective. As colours may vary considerably according to your screen settings we always recommend that you acquire a swatch sample before you purchase cut fabric or before choosing fabrics for bespoke cushion covers. Fabric swatches are not covered under our standard returns and cancellations policy and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded.

Pillows and Bedding Products

For hygiene reasons opened pillows and bedding products, cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded or exchanged unless confirmed by us as defective.

Bespoke Items

If you need to amend or cancel your bespoke order, you may do so only up to 24 hours after order confirmation by email to: . Thereafter you will be liable for the full value of the products stated on the invoice excluding any delivery charges.Once received bespoke products cannot be cancelled, returned, refunded or exchanged unless confirmed by us as defective or not as described.

Defective or Unsatisfactory Products

On delivery, it is your responsibility to check and report to us any damage or defect to the product or if you consider the product to be of unsatisfactory quality or not as described. Please contact us with your complaint by email to: . An investigation will then take place and if the product is deemed by us to be damaged, defective or of unsatisfactory quality or not as described and you have contacted us within 30 days of placing your order we will offer a refund, or attempt to repair or replace the product.
