Cluster Fibre is synthetic polyester filling made up of tiny, springy clusters designed to trap air within the fibre. This balled structure creates high loft, even distribution, and excellent shape retention, helping to resist clumping and matting while maintaining a plump appearance even through repeated use and washing.

I bought the filling for my floor cushions and they feel really comfortable. The seller helped me with the wights also and postage was fast and reasonably priced.
I don't have a lot to compare to but the filling was very good fo ray cushion more notable was the very helpful response I go when i asked what was appropriate and how much ... also processed my order quickly n used a good courier where you can track etc. really happy with the service and product

Perfect cushion filler for large sofa (bottom, back and side cushions). Replaced some existing feather filling that was driving us mad due to allergies. Kids love how cosy it is and relatively easy to fill.
Perfect for my use. I have a spare dog bed cover and filling cases for which I wanted a filling. I had searched online quite a bit but nothing seemed quite right. I weighed the existing filling of similar product from an identical bed and based my order on that. It is lovely stuff, soft and easy to fill, the dog is happy and so am I. I probably could have ordered less filling but I am happy to have spare. I haven't washed it yet so I can't comment on the result, I'm hoping it won't go clumpy and it can be washed at 60°C so that is good for a dog bed. I am delighted with it, it seems a good price for a lovely soft non clumpy filling. Highly recommended.
Excellent product: just what I needed to turn a tapestry into a cushion. Customer service outstanding: when delivery company lost my parcel TCW sent a replacement order by next-day, one-hour-time-slot service, using a different courier. Helpful and efficient.

Thrilled with the products I ordered and the service I got was second to none after I changed my mind. This stuffing used to refill the soft cushion backs of my m and s big sofa. Took half hour and have since been asked if I have a new sofa? Fabulous. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff too thanks
Delivery in my case was 11 days from order, which was fine, I wasn't in any hurry. The product is exactly as expected. Polyester micro cluster filling does settle a bit over time but it is one of the more durable fillings. Better for durability than, say normal polyester hollow fibre, or feathers.
Bought this filling to stuff sofa cushions (feathers the sofa came with are driving us up the wall), this filling is an absolute delight, so comfortable and soft. Now ordered more to do the other sofas.
I am pleased with this product [ and also the wool mixture] I had at the same time for my cushions and upholstery projects. Initial bounce back very promising ; we will see how the product wears over time, but a 1000% better than the sad old cushions and saggy seats were, with a little effort and time. Delivery was quicker than expected
