Filled with 100% natural organic buckwheat hulls, the tiny hulls are highly mouldable and slightly firm, giving a gentle, textured feel. While they have a slight crunch initially, users quickly adapt as the hulls settle and conform to the shape of the head and neck. The filling naturally creates a supportive dip, which helps maintain alignment and reduces movement during the night, making it ideal for those with head, neck, or back injuries. The hulls also allow continuous airflow for a cool and comfortable sleep. Naturally hypoallergenic, chemical-free, and resistant to dust mites, buckwheat promotes a healthy sleeping environment.

Lining

I purchased the adjustable buckwheat pillow after researching to find a pillow that would help ease my neck and upper back pain while trying to sleep. I love the fact that you can take filling out and top the filling up to re-adjust the comfort level. I have slept soundly on this pillow, so I cant recommend the adjustable buckwheat pillow enough!
