Our Small Square Fibre Cushion Pads are available in a choice of three high-quality fillings to suit different comfort needs. Cluster fibre offers a softer feel and excellent shape retention with less maintenance, filling right into the corners for a neat, structured finish. Hollow fibre is the most traditionally used and popular option, providing firmer support with a plush appearance and balanced everyday comfort. Eco fibre is an environmentally friendly polyester filling made from recycled plastic bottles, performing like standard hollow fibre with excellent durability and loft. All options are naturally hypoallergenic, making them ideal for allergy sufferers, and provide the perfect blend of everyday comfort and long-lasting luxury.
Available in sizes 10–16 in | 25–40 cm, these fibre cushion fillers are ideal for adding extra comfort and support to accent chairs, small sofas, and window seats, as well as decorative accents either alone or layered with other shapes and sizes throughout the home. Each fibre cushion insert is handcrafted and finished to a high standard, providing consistent shape and fill quality and ensuring a plump, durable and versatile insert that maintains its form and enhances both comfort and appearance in any setting.

Filling
Our square fibre cushion pads are filled with either 100% synthetic polyester fibre or a 100% recycled polyester option for a more eco-conscious choice. These fillings are fully synthetic and naturally hypoallergenic, and fully washable, helping to reduce dust mites and inhibit bacteria growth. Ideal for allergy sufferers, they provide a plump, supportive cushion insert that is durable, resilient, and long-lasting.
Lining
Our fibre cushion pads are lined in a durable polycotton fabric designed for strength and washability. Although bleached to a clean white finish, the fabric remains free from harmful chemicals and is certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, ensuring it has been independently tested for harmful substances and is safe and non-toxic. Sizing & measurement Information
cushion pad sizes are measured from seam to seam.
When ordering to fit an existing cushion cover, we recommend choosing a cushion pad 1 inch (2.5 cm) larger than the cover size to ensure a proper fit and full appearance.
If you are making a cushion from scratch and do not have an existing cover, please contact us for sizing advice.
If the size you require is not listed, we can manufacture bespoke cushion pads - please contact us for a quotation.
Measurements can be taken from either your existing cushion pad or the cushion cover. Measuring tips can be found on our bespoke cushion page to help ensure accuracy.

Fibre Cushion Pad Care
- Wash: Washable up to 40°C using a mild detergent. Do not use fabric softener.
- Avoid harsh chemicals: Do not use bleach or strong cleaning agents.
- Dry: Tumble dry on a low heat with dryer balls to help restore loft and shape.
- Plump regularly: Shake and plump daily (or several times a week) to redistribute the fibre and maintain comfort and appearance.
- Rotate and flip: Rotate and flip occasionally to ensure even wear and prevent compression in one area.
